Effect of testosterone on the developing brain in utero and in the child with regard to Klinefelter's syndrome

I would like to find out if any research has been conducted in the area of the above topic. Many Klinefelter's men have numerous issues with regard to emotional maturity and it would be interesting to know if this is connected to certain parts of the brain eg: mesotemporal areas requiring testosterone to develop.
