Dr. Beckman is a Postdoctoral Associate at California National Primate Research Center. She received her Bachelor of Pharmacy from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and her Master's in Biophysics and PhD in Neuroscience from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
