What paper would you like to discuss in our inaugural journal club?

I am shooting for May as our first journal club month. The format is that the winning paper will be announced at the beginning of the month, we will post comments and questions through the month, and then have a live online discussion at the end of the month.

So, between now and May 1st, we need to pick a paper. I look forward to learning what you want to talk about.
