An article in The Washington Post reports on work suggesting that “temporary” symptoms of concussions among student athletes may be more persistent than previously thought.
The work was based on brain scans and presented at the American Academy of Neurology by researchers at the Medical College of Wisconsin. The DTI-based imaging study appears in PubMed.
