Deborah Zelinsky
Am almost finished with a chapter called “Neuromodulation via Retinal Stimulation”…The gist is that eyeglasses can be used in many different ways other than central static (20/20 type) acuity. Depending on how the lenses, prisms, and filters are combined, specific mechanisms can be induced to alter NON-eyesight visual systems. The Mind-Eye Connection has been successfully working with concussion patients using this premise. The upcoming book is called “Advanced Textbook in Neurophotonics” and includes many other types of ways to use light to alter neurological systems. Neurophotonics is an emerging field that will have many ramifications in future healthcare.
