Negative reviews, long hours, misunderstandings. At some point, work or school will feel difficult. Whether it’s a momentary frustration or a bigger obstacle, the right mindset and support system can help you move forward.

Great advice! I also remind myself -to stop, create space to remember, refocus and to know that I am at my best when I am free of the pressure stemming from the deadlines, the musts and creativity and the answers are always there if I make space for thinking.

That’s one of the reasons I do community outreach too! To re-motivate myself when it all seems pointless.
