We are depending on biomedical science to provide answers to this crisis. A recent piece in STAT describes the impact the pandemic has had on the entire scientific enterprise from terminating experiments to shutting down labs. This has had a particularly significant impact on new investigators and their career development. This impact could last for years to come. Your thoughts?
