Michael Oberdorfer
The Weisman Art Museum at the University of Minnesota has organized a traveling exhibition of Ramon y Cajal’s drawings called The Beautiful Brain as reported by NPR. These drawings include the retina (below.) cajal2.jpg1400×1902 927 KB Working in the 19th and early 20th centuries, Cajal’s observations, expressed in his drawings, did much to develop a modern view of the organization of the brain. The exhibition will be on tour with remaining stops at the Grey Art Gallery, New York University until the end of March followed by exhibitions in museums in Massachusetts and North Carolina, ending April 7, 2019
pizbicki
I’ve had friends who were able to go to Minneapolis to see the exhibition. They said it was amazing and highly recommend going if you are able!
