At this time, only approved Community Leaders may author Blogs for the site. If you're interested in applying for the Community Leaders program, you can find more details here: https://www.sfn.org/sitecore/content/Home/OMP/Articles/Professional-Development/2016/FAQs-Neuronline-Community-Leaders-Program We're expecting applications for 2020 to open in the Spring, and will make a formal announcement on this forum as we have more details and information.
