ouchitel Posted April 12, 2018 Share Posted April 12, 2018 Yes. If you are a young investigator starting your lab and have fresh students to mentor my first suggestion is to be very close. Everyday ask him or her , follow very closely but at the same time let them try different approache. Ask them to present papers from the literature.
