    LATP 2020 course application opens 12:00pm EDT

    The 2020 LATP application will open at 12:00 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, April 8 and close on Wednesday, May 13 at 5:00 p.m. EDT. The 2020 live course will take place at the Instituto de Investigaciones Biológicas Clemente Estable (IIBCE) in Montevideo, Uruguay from November 2 – 20, 2020. Title: Molecules, cells, and circuits: understanding nervous system mechanisms Modules: Cellular and molecular neurobiology: neurons, glia, and plasticity Neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric disorders: new experimental approaches and therapeutic strategies Neural systems, cognition, genomics, and behavior Applicants must submit the following documents: Curriculum vitae Letter of recommendation An essay describing why you wish to participate in the program and how will you benefit (500 word maximum) All application materials must be submitted in English.
